In U.S. v. Pack, 65 M.J. 381, U.S. Armed Forces,(2007) the court stated that accused was not denied his Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser when military judge permitted child victim to testify from a remote location via one-way closed-circuit television, where military judge found requisite circumstances of need to protect child witness, that child would be traumatized by presence of accused, and that emotional distress suffered by child would be more than de minimis.
