In Parker v. Levy ,417 U.S. 733, 94 S.Ct. 2547 U.S.Pa. (1974), the court observed that, “Articles of Uniform Code of Military Justice which authorize court-martial of any commissioned officer charged with conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman and which authorize court-martial for all disorders and neglects to prejudice of good order and discipline and all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces are not unconstitutionally vague under the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment.”
